  • Polpetti with Texas Wagyu and Duroc Pork

  • Grilled Octopus with garbanzo bean salad (GF, DF)

  • Prosciutto di San Daniele with burrata, hazelnuts, and agrodolce (GF)

Main Course: Pick one per person

  • Mushroom Triangoli with Parmesan Fonduta and toasted pine nuts (Veg)

  • Lasagna al Forno w/Jimmy’s Italian sausage, besciamella, pecorino-romano

  • Grilled Branzino w/ Puttanesca and Cannelini beans (GF, DF)

  • Frutti di Mare Linguine with mussels, shrimp, clams, and scallops (Can be DF)

  • Chicken Cacciatore with parmesan potatoes and rapini (Can be GF, DF)

Dessert: Pick one per couple to share

  • Classic Tiramisu

  • Dark Chocolate Budino (GF)

  • Olive Oil Cake with ricotta cream cheese panna and citrus sugo
